We have a custom branded app which you can download on both Apple and Android.

• Visit the gym in person • Sign up online via our app/website

• No, juniors can only access the gym between the hours of 5am-5pm Monday - Friday and 5am10pm Saturday & Sunday. • Juniors are unable to book/ join in with classes • Juniors may be asked to leave if they are in the building outside of their allocated times.

• You can freeze your membership anytime, for a period of up to 3 months. Please contact a member of staff if you’d like to do so.

• Our opening hours are 4am - 10pm Monday - Sunday • Bank holiday hours will vary. Keep an eye on our website for change of hours

• We have 11 allocated slots outside of the gym (look out for our logo above the bays). Anytime before 7am or after 5:30pm, "LVD", "MR BAKER" & "TIGHE" spots may be used if all other spaces are taken. Please AVOID parking in any other spots. • Yes, we have a selection of in-house trainers who deliver Personal Training sessions. Check out our trainers under the “who we are” section of the website.
