REFORMER, THE FAREHAM TRAIN YARD WAY
We’re bringing a more dynamic approach to Reformer Pilates in Fareham. Expect controlled strength work, higher-energy sequences, full-body movements and that familiar Pilates burn — all delivered on the Reformer. You’ll still get the core strength, control, mobility and movement quality associated with Pilates, but with a more workout-led feel. Our Reformer Pilates classes will have a boutique studio feel without the boutique price tag.
WHAT CAN I EXPECT?
45 MINUTE CLASSES - Efficient, full-body sessions designed to fit around your training and your day.
JUST 8 PEOPLE PER CLASS - Small-group coaching so instructors can actually coach, correct and progress you.
DYNAMIC & WORKOUT-LED - Expect a faster-flowing, strength-focused style rather than a purely traditional Pilates experience.
BEGINNER FRIENDLY - Never used a Reformer? No problem. Every movement can be adjusted and our coaches will guide you through the equipment.
A BOUTIQUE REFORMER EXPERIENCE WITH THE SAME HIGH ENERGY AS FAREHAM TRAIN YARD.

Reformer Pilates classes will be included as part of our Class & Wellness membership package, giving you access alongside our other training and recovery facilities. If you don’t want a membership to include all of our facilities, we will also be offering a REFORMER ONLY membership or a PAYG option. See our membership breakdown below:
